The strategic move positions PAVE to fuel the development of the next-generation parking technology
DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA (April 12, 2024) – PAVE Mobility, a parking-compliance solutions provider that offers powerful and user-friendly tools to simplify parking operations and compliance, has opened its new office in the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in Dania Beach. This relocation has allowed PAVE to double its office size, and the company now occupies a 10,000 sq. ft. space on the 2nd floor of the 1815 building on DCOTA’s sprawling campus. This strategic move positions PAVE to foster collaboration among its team members further and fuel the development of next-generation parking technology.
“Our new office in DCOTA signifies a pivotal moment in PAVE’s journey,” said PAVE Mobility CEO, Fred Bredemeyer. “Co-locating our various departments in this larger, more efficient space will inspire our team to push the boundaries of parking technology and develop solutions that transform how our operator clients manage parking. We are particularly excited about our continued focus on Artificial Intelligence to enhance our industry leading License Plate Recognition (LPR) Enforcement, which holds immense potential to streamline parking operations and create a more convenient and efficient experience for everyone.”
Nearly 50 of PAVE’s more than 100 associates will be based in the new Dania Beach office, specifically the customer service/call center, software development team, administrative team, and the installation/implementation team.
