A New Chapter for PAVE Mobility
PAVE is thrilled to announce the addition of Andrew Hall as our new Vice President of Product & Technology. Andrew brings extensive experience in product development, technology strategy, and innovation leadership, making him a valuable addition to our growing team.
Andrew joins us from Cubic, where he most recently served as Director of Software Engineering for the Intelligent Transportation Systems business unit. In that role, he led a global team of 40 engineers across software, computer vision, cloud, and hardware integration in the traffic management space.
Andrew brings deep technical expertise alongside a strong product mindset. He has firsthand experience scaling a product from early field deployments to tens of thousands of units. That combination of engineering depth and product thinking is exactly what this chapter of PAVE’s growth needs.
In his new role, Andrew will oversee the evolution of PAVE’s technology platforms and product offerings, ensuring that our solutions continue to set the standard for automated vehicle enforcement and smart mobility. His leadership will help strengthen PAVE’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance across communities.
