Beginning May 11, Natisha Sims joins PAVE as our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Natisha brings an impressive track record of operational leadership, financial expertise, and transportation technology acumen.
She joins us from Cubic, where she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) business unit. Prior to that, Natisha spent seven years as Vice President of Operations at GRIDSMART, where she was instrumental in scaling the organization more than 12x ahead of its acquisition by Cubic, successfully establishing in-house manufacturing, and leading the subsequent operational integration.
As PAVE continues to grow, Natisha’s unique combination of operational rigor and growth-stage execution will be critical to strengthening the infrastructure needed to support our clients and expanding footprint.
